We have a private parking lot behind the studio.
A regular session runs from 9am to 6pm. We can accommodate if a session needs to run past 6pm. See Pricing and Payment section.

Cancellations:
- 7+ days notice: Full refund of deposit
- 3-7 days notice: 50% of deposit retained
- 1-3 days notice: Full deposit retained
- Less than 24 hours: Full session fee charged

Personal instruments like guitars are of course welcome.
We’ve got you covered. We work with top-tier session musicians who are as skilled and versatile as you’ll find anywhere.

A 25% deposit is required. The balance is due upon completion of the session and before masters are delivered.

We will charge an hourly rate if the session extends beyond what was originally agreed.
We can provide all industry standard formats.
It depends on the complexity of the session and availability. Typically 1 to 5 days.
We use a tape backup system for archival storage as well as drive backup storage. It’s all in house. We do not back up to a cloud service.
Stems can be provided. Pricing and process depends on the size but a rough guideline is one hour of studio time per track.
Yes, we can provide accommodations.

Don’t be an asshole
- Smoking is not allowed in the studio. Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Inebriated clients will be evicted.
- We are keeping a no-shoes policy. Slippers are provided in the foyer.
